Day 1: see the chaos
The team captures recurring issues, workarounds and visibility gaps, then traces the operating patterns underneath them.
Operational clarity for growing businesses
Command the Chaos is the training-led route to the HiPer Operational Blueprint. HiPer teaches your team the method and facilitates the room while participants diagnose the operation, define better standards and build their own Blueprint and implementation plan.
Command the Chaos — We teach you to build it
Every business already has an operating system, even when nobody deliberately designed it. It may be a mixture of spreadsheets, inboxes, messages, memory, verbal updates and disconnected tools held together by good people who keep rescuing the process.
Command the Chaos is not a preliminary course before a separate Blueprint engagement. It is an alternative way of reaching the Blueprint outcome: your team learns the HiPer Method, analyses its own organisation and creates the Operational Blueprint during the programme.
HiPer acts as trainer, coach and facilitator. Your participants bring the operational knowledge, do the diagnosis and leave able to explain and own the standards they have created.
What you leave with
How it works
The team captures recurring issues, workarounds and visibility gaps, then traces the operating patterns underneath them.
Participants separate symptoms from root causes and assess Capture, Structure, Flow, Visibility and Control.
The group agrees what better must look like, how work should operate consistently and where ownership must sit.
The team creates its Operational Blueprint, prioritises Command Action Cards and builds a 30, 60 and 90-day implementation plan.
Included
Once the engagement is agreed, confirmed participants receive the digital workbook before the event. HiPer comes to your UK site ready to facilitate the complete two-day programme around the reality of your business.
Good fit
Delivery
Command the Chaos: On-Site is available to businesses throughout the UK. There is no fixed attendee limit: a focused cross-functional group creates more opportunity for direct facilitation, while larger groups still benefit from the shared language and structured exercises. The most effective format is agreed in the proposal.
What happens next
Every attendee receives a seven-day HiPer Command trial after the programme, giving the team a place to keep its Blueprint, actions, standards and learning visible while it begins the implementation conversation.
The team can implement its Blueprint internally, work with HiPer through guided implementation or ask HiPer to manage selected or all Blueprint priorities. There is no need to purchase a separate Blueprint engagement after Command the Chaos.
