There is no need to purchase a separate Blueprint engagement after Command the Chaos. The team can implement its Blueprint internally, work with HiPer through guided implementation or ask HiPer to manage selected priorities.
Programme resources, supporting access and any continuing services are defined in the proposal.
Command the Chaos does not provide permanent access to the commercial HiPer Command operational platform. Any HiPer Command access or implementation support must be separately agreed.
