Growth stage and operational complexity matter more than industry.
Is HiPer only for large businesses?
No. Operational complexity matters more than size. Teams of roughly 10 to 50 people are often the strongest fit, with a broader suitable range of about 5 to 100. A smaller field-service or multi-site business coordinating several contracts and disconnected systems may benefit more than a larger company with mature processes.
Is this just about replacing spreadsheets?
No. Spreadsheets are not always the problem.
