Is HiPer Command the first thing we need to buy?
No. The premium route begins with an Operational Clarity Call and, where appropriate, a consultant-led Operational Blueprint. Implementation and ongoing Command are choices made after the requirement is understood.
What is the free Operations Check?
A useful initial snapshot across Capture, Structure, Flow, Visibility and Control. It has 10 core questions and up to 15 targeted follow-ups. It is not an operational audit and is not required before a Clarity Call.
How does the £395 DIY Blueprint fit?
The £395 Evidence-led Blueprint is an enhanced DIY route from the Operations Check. Consultant-led work goes deeper across stakeholders and supporting business evidence, with a separately agreed scope and fee.
Does Command replace our existing systems?
Systems that work should remain in place. Agree the information needed for operational review and any supported connections separately.
Is every business system connected?
No. Each connection must be checked and scoped for the system concerned. A Blueprint and improvement direction do not depend on connecting every system.
What access comes with consultancy or training?
Access and continuation terms are defined in the relevant proposal. There is no assumed trial, included access period or automatic paid continuation.
What is the difference between Command and Command HQ?
HiPer Command supports the organisation’s operational rhythm. Command HQ supports learning, playbooks and community. Their access arrangements are agreed separately.
