It is a lite HiPer Command experience with 25 questions across Capture, Structure, Flow, Visibility and Control, an immediate snapshot and guidance on where deeper diagnosis may be useful. It is not a full operational audit.
What access comes with Command the Chaos?
Every attendee receives a seven-day HiPer Command trial after the two-day programme.
What access comes with the consultant-led Blueprint?
The consultant-led Operational Blueprint includes one quarter of HiPer Command access to support the first implementation cycle.
What happens when included access ends?
Continued HiPer Command access becomes a paid service. The business can also commission a new Blueprint to compare progress, identify the next constraints and define the next improvement cycle.
Does HiPer Command replace implementation support?
No. It supports visibility, ownership and operating rhythm. Implementation may still be handled internally, guided by HiPer or managed by HiPer depending on what the Blueprint requires.
