90 days to start putting the standard into action
A consultant-led Operational Blueprint includes 90 days of HiPer Command Core in Blueprint Mode from completion and sign-off. Blueprint Mode includes the Blueprint, pillar scoring, recommendations, priorities, Actions, ownership and initial SITREP capability. Service Ops, bespoke workflows, custom connectors, migrations, complex dashboards, custom modules and bespoke engineering require a separately agreed Systemise or Implementation engagement.
Two connected experiences
Operational control and learning have different jobs
HiPer Command is the managed operational platform for the organisation: Blueprint, evidence, SITREP, Standards, Actions, HiPer Intelligence and Command Reviews.
Command HQ is the learning, playbook and community environment supporting individuals, training participants and organisations continuing to develop their operational capability. Basic Command HQ community access is ongoing, while premium programmes, live clinics and advisory services may be separately packaged.
The two experiences can work together, but Command HQ does not define the operational platform and personal community Actions do not automatically become organisational Actions.

Is HiPer Command the first thing we need to buy?
No. HiPer starts with operational clarity. The HiPer Operations Check or Operational Blueprint establishes where pressure exists and what needs to change. HiPer Command then keeps the agreed standard, evidence, Actions and review rhythm operating.
Is the free Operations Check a version of HiPer Command?
No. The free HiPer Operations Check is a commercially separate entry-point diagnostic based on the HiPer Method: Capture, Structure, Flow, Visibility and Control. HiPer Command is the operational platform used after deeper diagnosis and agreement.
Does HiPer Command replace our existing systems?
Not automatically. Systems that are doing their job should remain in place. HiPer Command owns the operational-control journey and can use structured evidence or supported connections without claiming to replace every specialist system.
Is every listed system connected through a live API?
No. Google Business Profile is the named direct launch integration. Other sources may use a supported API, webhook or structured import and are named only after the reusable connector has been production-tested.
What does SITREP show?
SITREP shows the current Blueprint position, recorded operational signals, delivery progress and the next best action using information currently available to HiPer Command.
How does HiPer Intelligence work?
Facts, scores, dates, ownership and priority ranking are calculated from verified HiPer records. An approved language model may improve the written leadership narrative, but it does not invent or calculate the underlying operational facts.
What is the difference between HiPer Command and Command HQ?
HiPer Command is the managed operational-control platform for the organisation. Command HQ is the supporting learning, playbook and community environment.
Is HiPer Command bespoke for every client?
No. It uses a proven shared core that is configured around the organisation. Genuine extension work is reserved for requirements that cannot be met safely through the core platform or repeatable configuration.
